Saturday was a terrificly gorgeous day and so we took a a mini day trip to Cold Spring, a very cute town just an hour and half north of the city. It was fun just to explore (even stopped by a pretty church with good lighting), walk along the water, eat lunch at an organic restaurant, and just hop & skip and be merry. There were plenty of antiques and garage sales and other things to observe in this town that is home to 2000 people.
