Hung out with Bud over the weekend in Virginia Beach for some brother sister fun. On Saturday we went to a sushi buffet, cupcakery, NEX and movie (expendables) with his friends. Sunday, I exercised a bit while he worked and we cooked mahi mahi and baked potato. And Monday, I headed over to Perked Up Coffee! for a chocolate strawberry muffin w chai after a yoga class where I balanced while staring at dolphins in the ocean -
